Nancy Berg

Nancy Berg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rockford College. Nancy started her career as a high school teacher and moved on to become the New Accounts Manager for Montgomery Wards. Nancy then joined an Advertising and Design Studio where she served as the Chief Operating Officer for 15 years. She joined Eastman & Beaudine, Inc. in 1995 where today she is the Chief Administration Officer responsible for Policy and Procedures as well as overseeing all aspects of Research.

Nancy provides services to the CEO through all phases of the recruiting process including research, database management, telephone screening, reference checking, verification of education and candidate development. Her client work includes top sports leagues and teams, Olympic bodies, athletic institutions, financial institutions, consumer packaged goods companies, broadcasting, retail, venture capital, technology, manufacturing and real estate.
