Here’s how we approach each search.

Specification Development - We’ll meet with the key client executives to fully understand the culture of the organization and the nature of the position to be filled. We then establish the position specifications with the client and agree on where the focus our search efforts should be.

Research - After identifying target companies to be investigated, we utilize our research staff, our broad-based personal sources drawn from executive contacts, and our extensive internal database, to better identify the specific individuals we will approach.

Personal Contact - We contact potential candidates by phone initially and follow up, if qualified, with personal interviews. These are essential to insure that candidates are fully qualified and that the position provides the challenges and opportunities for their career growth. Motivating the outstanding candidates is of key importance in these meetings.

Presentation - Candidates are presented in writing to provide a word picture of their business experience and personal qualities. Initial reference checking has been completed prior to presentation to insure the accuracy of the information. After the final candidates have been selected, further reference checks are made, within legal limitations, to provide additional information.

Follow up - As the assignment concludes, we can provide advice as needed on compensation/contracts. We also contact all those who were helpful, thanking them on behalf of the client. We remain in contact with new executives as they become successfully established in their new positions.
